  • Fill out our inquiry form on the Booking page with your event details. Once we receive your request, we will review the information and follow up within 48 hours with next steps, availability, and quote details.

  • Our full-service espresso bar starts at $700. Final pricing depends on service time, guest count, location, and any add-ons such as cold brew, drip coffee, hot chocolate, or custom menu options. After you submit an inquiry, we will send a custom quote based on your event.

  • Yes. A deposit is required to secure your event date. Your event is not officially booked until the deposit is paid and your booking is confirmed.

  • Our standard menu includes espresso-based drinks such as lattes and Americanos, along with chai lattes and hot tea. Guests can customize drinks with syrup flavors and milk options. Add-ons may include decaf espresso, hot chocolate, cold brew, and drip coffee.

  • Our standard syrup flavors include vanilla, caramel, brown sugar cinnamon, and hazelnut. Additional seasonal or custom flavors may be available by request.

  • Our standard milk options are whole milk and oat milk. Additional milk options may be available by request.

  • Yes. We can customize the menu based on your event style, guest preferences, season, or theme. Let us know what you have in mind when you submit your inquiry, and we will do our best to create a coffee experience that fits your event.

  • We provide the coffee, water, cups, syrups, milk, and service supplies. We need a covered, flat 6x6 space per cart, access to one designated 15-amp circuit per espresso machine, and a clear path for loading in and out. Wheelchair-accessible entry is preferred.

  • Yes. We can serve indoors or outdoors as long as the setup area is flat, covered, and protected from weather. For outdoor events, we may need a tent, covered patio, or another shaded and protected area.

  • We typically need a flat 6x6 space per cart. If your event has limited space, let us know during the booking process so we can review the setup details with you.

  • Yes. We bring the supplies needed for coffee service, including cups, lids, napkins, syrups, milk, and other service items.

  • Yes. Carter Coffee Company provides wedding coffee cart catering in Louisville, KY and surrounding areas. Our coffee cart is a great fit for receptions, cocktail hours, bridal suites, morning-after brunches, and guest experiences.

  • Our pricing includes 50 miles of roundtrip travel from our headquarters in Louisville, KY. Additional miles are charged at $1.00 per mile. We are happy to serve events outside of Louisville when scheduling allows.
